When soft leather and tough hardware collide. These shoes are built from tumbled Milled Nappa leather that feels beaten-up and broken-in from the first step — and enhanced with petrol-inspired, burned-out-looking hiker hooks inspired by our utilitarian heritage. Fitted with laces in a standout jagged pattern, the shoes are marked by signature yellow welt stitching.

● Second off the DM’s production line, the 1461 is a 3-eye shoe championed for its versatility
● Milled Nappa is a hardwearing pebbled leather that feels soft and supple from the first wear
● Our Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed at 700°C and reinforced with our signature welt stitch

Care Instructions

● Clean away dirt using a damp cloth and allow to dry, then apply Dr. Martens clear or coloured wax polish as appropriate, using a Dr. Martens shoe brush, (Neutral can be applied to all colours). Allow to dry, then buff vigorously to desired shine using a second clean Dr. Martens shoe brush. (We advise to use two brushes per colour, one to add the polish and the second, clean dry brush, to buff up the leather for the best results).
